Say Anything Movie App
This landing page is the seventh project I have coded about one of my favorite films Say Anything. This is currently a work in progress for a coding competion.
BTS Responsive Music Website
This app is the sixth project that I have coded with SheCodes for
the SheCodes Responsive Add-On. With this responsive web page, you not only can learn the names of the members of BTS and watch their videos or listen to my favorite songs, you can also see each individual member's solo tracks.
In this workshop, I learned so many more advanced ways to code! I
learned more HTML and CSS methods to create more responsive elements on a webpage on various devices. I had so much fun researching and figuring out how to bring ideas to life that I didn't even learn in the workshop.
TS Eras Tour World Clock App
This app is the fifth project that I have coded while learning at SheCodes! This is a part of the SheCodes Plus Add On and I enjoyed taking my own little twist on the project and creating a world clock for the Eras Tour based on the tour dates. Obviously, there is room for international dates once they are announced. In this add on, I learned more about using a different API in my projects and some more advanced JavaScript. What was exciting was learning about more input types!
Portfolio Website
This portfolio website you are on right now is the fourth project I've coded with SheCodes as a part of the SheCodes Responsive workshop. In this workshop project, I learned how to make a website responsive and make it fit any device. This workshop taught me more techniques in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VS Code. I learned more things with VS Code, connecting it with GitHub and hosting on websites, along with new methods I could do in Bootstrap and Flexbox alongside some SEO basics.
Photography App
This landing page is the third project I've coded in SheCodes. This landing page is over one of my favorite hobbies, photography, as a part of the SheCodes Basics Add-On. In this extra workshop project, I learned more elements of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VS Code to add on to my experience from SheCodes Basics and Plus. On this landing page, you will find images that enlarge when hovered over and a button that changes the theme of the page between light and dark mode.
Monochromatic Weather app
This app is the second project that I have coded with SheCodes in
the SheCodes Plus workshop. With this weather app, you can get
automatically get the current day's forecast and the next 5 day's
forecast based on your location upon opening the app. You can also
search for a location and get its forecasts.
In this workshop, I learned so many more advanced ways to code! I
learned more HTML, CSS, and JavaScript methods alongside how to code
using Bootstrap and importing data from an API. I learned how to
create and update repositories on GitHub as well as host a website
that is attached to that repository.
Taylor Swift Eras app
This landing page is my first project with SheCodes in the
SheCodes Basic workshop. On this landing page, you can learn all
about the many eras of Taylor Swift and get links to listen to the
albums on Spotify. There is also a button with an alert that asks
for your name and favorite era before changing the heading with
your answers.
I learned many coding basics--some old, many new--during this
workshop! I learned some basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how to
use VS Code.
